Trade Stands Information - Royal Meath Show

Per our Trade Stands terms and conditions, all stands must be open for business by 10am on the show day.
Gates open at 7am and traders should ensure that they give themselves enough time to set up their stand by 10am.
A map to the site from the Dublin road is shown below. Alternatively, entering "Royal Meath Show" into google maps will also take you to the site.
Once you arrive at the gate please ask for the trade stands representitive.
They will check that your application is fully approved and that we have received your Public Liability insurance schedule and HSE cert if selling food. Failure to provide these documents will result in refusal of entry on the day.
Once all is in order the trade stands representitive will direct you to the stewards who will allocate your trading area.
We'd ask that you respect the stewards who are givng their time voluntarily and will do their best to avoid stands selling similar items being located beside each other. The steward's decision is final.
